Stay Focused is an app for improving your concentration by blocking any apps that cause you to spend too much time on your smartphone. With this app, you can select the apps you want to limit, blocking them for minutes or hours at a time.
When you open Stay Focused, you'll see a list of all the apps you can block. From there, all you have to do is decide which apps you want to block and for how long. While an app is blocked, you won't receive any notifications from it, and you won't be able to open it, either.
Stay Focused also includes various options for monitoring how much you use each app. For example, there's a tab where you can block an app for an entire day or set certain time intervals for it.
With Stay Focused, you can maintain your concentration on any given task by blocking addictive apps. All you have to do is select the apps you want to block and decide how long you want to block them for.
